• Company clarifies the Broad Commercial Consideration/Size of the Order from National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for engagement as User Fee Collection Agency for Ghamroj Fee Plaza. • The correct Broad Commercial Consideration is ₹197.54 Cr (Rupees One Hundred Ninety-Seven Crore Fifty-Three Lakh Seventy-Nine Thousand Six Hundred and Thirty-Five only). • The previous disclosure mentioned ₹8.12 Cr (Rupees Eight Crore Eleven Lakh Eighty Thousand Only) due to an inadvertent clerical error. • The order is for Toll collection and facility maintenance contract for 1 year from 12.08.2026.
