KEC INTERNATIONAL : ISSUANCE OF CORPORATE GUARANTEE

• KEC International has issued a corporate guarantee of USD 35 Million on July 03, 2026, for a credit facility extended to Al Sharif Group & KEC Limited Company. • The guarantee is provided on behalf of a subsidiary company. • The Promoter/Promoter Group/Group Companies are not interested in this transaction. • The Corporate Guarantee is a potential contingent liability for the Company. • Presently, there is no impact of this guarantee on the Company.
