• Hitachi Energy India Limited awarded multiple orders to Mehru Electrical and Mechanical Engineers Private Limited, a material subsidiary • Orders are for the supply of 400 KV Instrument Transformers • The aggregate value of the orders is approximately INR 15.70 crores (exclusive of taxes) • The orders are for domestic supply and are to be executed within approximately 12 months • Neither the promoter group nor group companies have any interest in Hitachi Energy India Limited, and the transactions are not related party transactions
