• Elpro International Limited acquired equity shares of Greaves Cotton Limited. • The acquisition is pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations. • Cost of acquisition is INR 7.85 Crores. • Greaves Cotton Limited is a diversified, multi-product, multi-fuel, and multi-location engineering company. • Greaves Cotton Limited's consolidated turnover for FY 2025-26 was INR 3,486.61 Crores. • Fresh acquisition is 3,47,585 Equity Shares, bringing total holding to 8,09,160 Equity Shares.
