SOBHA : REAL ESTATE OPERATIONAL UPDATE – Q1 FY 2027

• Achieved highest ever quarterly sales value of ₹36.56 Bn, with 2.34 million sft of area and 1,432 homes & plots. • SOBHA share of sales value also recorded a historic high of ₹29.92 Bn. • The performance was led by strong response to new project launches: SOBHA OneWorld, Sacred Grove in Bangalore and SOBHA Crescent in Gurgaon. • SOBHA delivered healthy growth compared to Q1 FY26, with increase of sales value by 76%, sales area by 62%, and number of homes & plots by 78%. • Bangalore recorded its strongest-ever quarterly sales, registering sales value of ₹20.67 Bn, contributed 56.5% of total sales. NCR region recorded total sales value of ₹13.84 Bn, contributed 37.9%. • Launched 6.89 mn sft of saleable area across 3 projects in 2 cities: Bangalore and Gurgaon. • Completed 671 homes across 8 projects, totalling 1.08 million sft of saleable area.
