• Board approved issuance of Unsecured Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) for an aggregate principal amount of USD 100,000,000. • Bonds will be issued at a 15% discount, with a coupon of 2% per annum, maturing on July 09, 2031. • FCCB issue opening on July 06, 2026, subject to obtaining ISIN from Afrinex Stock Exchange, Mauritius. • The 'Relevant Date' for the FCCB Issue is July 03, 2026. • Details of the issue are to be disclosed as per SEBI Listing Regulations.
