• SIS Limited acquired an additional 1,96,289 equity shares of Updater Services Limited ("UDS") • The company's aggregate shareholding in UDS now stands at 34,63,473 equity shares, representing 5.17% of the paid-up equity share capital of UDS • The acquisition of shares is part of the company's ongoing treasury management operations • The consideration for the acquisition of shares was INR 3.79 crore • UDS had a turnover of INR 1,762.41 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2026
