• EPL Packaging (Thailand) Co. Ltd. (EPTL) is incorporated to pursue growth opportunities in manufacturing and trading of laminated tubes in Thailand. • EPL's step-down subsidiary, Lamitube Technologies Ltd., invested THB 4,900 for 4,900 shares of EPTL. • EPL Limited invested a further THB 4,95,00,000 (equivalent to ~₹14.45 Cr) in its wholly-owned subsidiary, EPTL. Impact: Further investment strengthens subsidiary operations and growth prospects in Thailand.
