EPL LIMITED : THAILAND STEP-DOWN SUBSIDIARY ACQUIRES 100% SHARES OF EPTL

• EPL Packaging (Thailand) Co. Ltd. (EPTL) received further investment of THB 4,95,00,000 (₹144.54 Million) on July 3, 2026. • Lamitube Technologies Ltd., another subsidiary, invested THB 4,900. • EPTL is a wholly-owned subsidiary used for growth in manufacturing and trading of laminated tubes in Thailand. Impact: Further investment strengthens wholly-owned subsidiary's operations in Thailand.
