• Appointment of Mr. Ravi Kanth Naga Pattabhi Chopperla as Additional Director (Non-Executive and Professional) w.e.f. 04.07.2026, subject to shareholder approval. • Approval of a Scheme of Reduction of Capital of the issued, subscribed, and paid-up share capital of the company under Section 66 of the Companies Act, 2013, providing for reduction and re-organisation of capital. The scheme will be available on the company website after filing with BSE and MSEI. • Alteration of the existing Main Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company by insertion of a new sub-clause 5. • Proposal for entering into Related Party Transactions with QROPS Advisory Services Private Limited. • Directors Report for FY 2025-26 and notice for convening Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 10, 2026. • Cut-off date for AGM is August 3, 2026.
