• Company has secured Purchase Orders totaling to ₹952 Lakhs (Excluding GST) for Design, Manufacture & Supply of 6 nos VT Pumps (1.823 cumecs) & 6 nos HT Motors (2600 KW) along with mandatory spares. • Orders are from Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Ltd., Hyderabad for Mukthyala LIS, Andhra Pradesh. • Significant terms include 100% Payment Terms against 60 Days LC (10% PBG to be submitted). • Guarantee period is 42/36 months from the date of supply/commissioning of materials. • Order is to be executed within 24 weeks from the date of receipt of approved drawing and manufacturing clearance. • The order is with a domestic entity and the consideration is ₹952 Lakhs (Excluding GST).
