BAJAJ FINANCE ALLOTS NCDS WORTH RS 5,306.57 CR
• Company allotted 5,30,500 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis. • Option I: 4,00,000 NCDs aggregating to ₹4,001.37 crore with a tenure of 1172 days and 7.70% p.a. coupon. • Option II: 1,30,500 NCDs aggregating to ₹1,305.20 crore with a tenure of 3651 days and 7.79% p.a. coupon. • Debentures are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE Limited. • Allotment committee meeting held on July 06, 2026.
