SOUTH WEST PINNACLE EXPLORATION : INTIMATION PURSUANT TO REGULATION 30
• The company (SWPE) signed a commitment letter with Alara Resources Limited (ARL), Australia, to invest in/subscribe equity shares in ARL's upcoming rights issue. • This investment is subject to ARL shareholders' approval and applicable regulatory framework in India. • SWPE previously invested AUD 500,000 and holds 12,500,000 (1.56%) shares of ARL. • The proposed investment in the upcoming right issue of equity shares of ARL is up to AUD 59769.32, and also the shortfall, if any, within the overall approved limit by SWPE's board. • Transaction is a related party transaction and will be done on arm's length basis. • Shares are fully paid ordinary shares, issue price A$0.032 per share.
