• Disclosure of defaults on payment of interest/repayment of principal amount on loans from banks/financial institutions for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. • Total outstanding loan amount from banks/financial institutions as of June 30, 2026, is ₹0.06 Cr. • Amount of default on total outstanding loan as of June 30, 2026, is ₹0.06 Cr. • Total financial indebtedness of the listed entity including short-term and long-term debt as of June 30, 2026, is ₹2.21 Cr. • The company has defaulted on the last installment of a loan against a vehicle obtained from Kotak Mahindra Prime Limited. • The vehicle, purchased with the loan, is in possession of the past Managing Director, Mr. Man Mohan Gupta.
