• Interim update regarding the sale and transfer of Company's entire 100% Paid-up equity shareholding in Purva Ruby Properties Private Limited to Prishal Office Parks III Private Limited. • The connected transaction documents in relation to the Share Purchase Agreement ("SPA") have been completed on July 06, 2026. • The sale and transfer pertains to the Company's shareholding in its subsidiary, Purva Ruby Properties Private Limited. • The estimated sale value is around ₹145 CR. • The buyers do not belong to the Promoter/ Promoter Group/Group Companies.
