• Ongoing litigation concerning implementation of award dated 08.06.2000 for regularisation of 75 workmen has become material. • Award was set aside by single judge, restored by division bench, SLP and review petition dismissed by Supreme Court. • Contempt case initiated for non-compliance; Court directed deposit of arrears payable, estimated at ₹39,83,01,981.63 for claimants. • Overall financial involvement, including pending claims, is assessed at approximately ₹48,10,96,969.83. • Matter is pending before the Hon'ble High Court of Jharkhand at Ranchi.
