TORRENT PHARMA : SCHEME OF AMALGAMATION SANCTIONED BY NCLT
• Torrent Pharmaceuticals Limited's scheme of amalgamation with J. B. Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Limited has been sanctioned by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) via an order dated July 6, 2026. • A copy of the order is available on the NCLT's website. • The scheme will become effective upon filing of the certified copy of the order with the Registrar of Companies. • The company will intimate the stock exchanges of the effective date in due course.
