• Company allotted 2,13,00,000 fully convertible warrants at an issue price of ₹10.35 per warrant • Total issue size aggregated to ₹22,04,55,000 (₹22.05 Cr) • 25% of subscription money received at allotment; balance 75% payable on exercise within 18 months • Warrants are subject to lock-in as per SEBI ICDR Regulation 2018 • No change in paid-up equity share capital as warrants are yet to be converted Impact: Neutral (Preferential allotment of convertible warrants to public shareholders)
