• Board approved acquisition of 74,741 equity shares of CodingNinjas for Rs 5,340.23 per share, aggregating to Rs 39.91 Cr • Acquisition from founders represents 45.36% on fully converted and diluted basis • Upon completion, CodingNinjas will become a wholly owned subsidiary • Company also approved contribution agreement with B8 Fund I, a scheme launched by B8 Trust, committing up to Rs 180 Cr
