SMARTWORKS: SINGAPORE STEP-DOWN SUBSIDIARY ACQUIRES 100% SHARES OF WORKSTUDIO SPACES PTE. LTD.
• Smartworks Space Pte. Ltd. (wholly owned subsidiary) has acquired WorkStudio Spaces Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) • Acquisition completed on July 06, 2026, for a total consideration of 2.47 Million SGD • WorkStudio has become a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Smartworks Coworking Spaces Limited • The acquisition aims to strengthen Smartworks' presence in Singapore by expanding its coworking and flex space portfolio • Smartworks' portfolio in Singapore will grow to four centers with ~76,000 sq. ft.
