MAYANK CATTLE FOOD LIMITED : BONUS ISSUE APPROVED

• Board approved issue of 100% bonus equity shares in ratio of 1:1 (one bonus share for every one fully paid-up share). • Total bonus issue amount not exceeding ₹5.40 Cr out of retained earnings, subject to member approval. • Board also approved alteration to increase authorized share capital from ₹6 Cr to ₹12 Cr. • Bonus shares to be issued within two months of board approval, on or before September 6, 2026. • Record date for bonus issue entitlement will be announced later.
