IHCL : EXPANSION IN GROWTH BRANDS
• IHCL signed 20 hotels in Q1 FY2027, reaching a portfolio of 645 hotels with 263 in the pipeline globally. • 11 new hotels were opened in the quarter across its brandscape. • Seventeen of the twenty signings were across Gateway, Ginger and Tree of Life. • The company's operating portfolio now stands at over 380 hotels across brands and markets.
