• Aryaman Finance (India) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, allotted 69,445 equity shares to the Company on June 25, 2026, at an issue price of ₹144/- per share for ₹1 Cr. • The WOS further allotted 2,72,220 equity shares to the Company on July 03, 2026, at an issue price of ₹144/- per share for ₹3.92 Cr, via rights issue. • The total consideration for the share allotment aggregated to ₹4.92 Cr.
