• Board approved raising funds via a Further Public Offering of equity shares, aggregating up to ₹1,500 Cr. • Approval subject to shareholder, Department of Fertilizers, and DIPAM approvals. • Board also approved amendment of Memorandum of Association (MoA) main objects clauses. • The MoA amendments align with Companies Act, 2013 provisions and include new clauses for power generation, water management, explosives, agro-chemicals, and financial services. • Meeting commenced at 11:30 am and concluded at 3:15 pm.
