• Company to issue unsecured, redeemable, rated, listed, subordinated, non-convertible debentures • Tier II capital with face value of ₹1,00,000/- each • Aggregating up to ₹200,00,00,000/- (Rupees Two Hundred Crore only) • Issuance via private placement to eligible investors • NCDs proposed to be listed on BSE Limited • Debentures constitute Tier II capital and are unsecured, subordinated • Company shall pay coupon at 2% over applicable coupon rate for delays beyond three months
