BROOKFIELD INDIA REIT : PROPOSED SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT APPROVED

• Board of directors of Kairos Properties Private Limited, a special purpose vehicle owned 50% by Brookfield India REIT, has approved a scheme of arrangement under Section 230 of the Companies Act, 2013. • The scheme to be filed with the National Company Law Tribunal aims to set-off accumulated losses of Kairos as of June 30, 2026. • The board of the manager of Brookfield India REIT has also approved the Scheme. • The Scheme does not affect Brookfield India REIT's interest in Kairos or the economic value of the investment, and aims to improve the character of distributions to unitholders.
