Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) convened meeting is scheduled to be held on Monday, July 13, 2026. The agenda includes: 1. To consider, review and take note of the Audited Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2026. 2. Any other matter with the approval of IRP of the Company. The trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.
