• ICRA reaffirmed ratings for Titan Company Limited on July 6, 2026. • The long-term fixed deposit programme rating was reaffirmed at [ICRA]AAA (Stable), assigned for a reduced amount from ₹6,200 crore to ₹3,000 crore. • Long-term / short-term fund-based/non-fund-based working capital facilities were reaffirmed at [ICRA]AAA (Stable) / [ICRA]A1+. • Long-term fund-based term loans were reaffirmed at [ICRA]AAA (Stable). • The total rated amount is ₹18,750 crore.
