RUBYMILLS RESUMES OPERATIONS AT DHAMNI PLANT
• Workers resume work after illegal strike; matter resolved with intervention from labour commissioner and police authorities. • Company obtained an order from the Industrial Court restraining workers. • Loss of standing charges due to illegal strike estimated at ₹35 Lakhs. • Management and Plant Heads engaged with labour commissioner, police and workers' advisors to restore normalcy. The company is in process of approaching the Regional Industrial Labour Court, Thane for the illegal strike and necessary further action.
