intimation of board meeting of Vishnu Prakash R Punglia Limited (“the Company") under regulation 29 and all other applicable regulations, if any, of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. pursuant to regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, July 13, 2026, inter alia, to consider and, if deemed appropriate, approve the raising of funds by way of issuance of warrants on a preferential basis, subject to such terms and conditions as may be determined by the Board. further, in continuation to our intimation dated June 29, 2026, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by all the designated persons of the Company (including their immediate relatives), pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, company's code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives, shall continue to remain closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
