ECONO TRADE (INDIA) LIMITED RECEIVES FINAL ORDER FROM SEBI

The company has received a Final Order dated 30 June 2026 passed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI") in the matter relating to Mauria Udyog Limited and four other scrips, wherein the Company has been named as one of the notices. The company is presently examining the contents of the said Order in consultation with its legal advisors, advocates and other professional experts to understand and interpret the findings contained therein and to ascertain the exact legal, regulatory and financial implications, if any, arising out of the said Order, including the monetary implications on the Company. The Company remains committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements and shall make such further disclosures as may be required under the applicable provisions of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
