ONIDA ELECTRONICS LIMITED CONFIRMS REVISION TO POST-ISSUE SHAREHOLDING PATTERN

• Company has revised disclosures in EGM Notice dated May 16, 2026, regarding post-issue shareholding on a fully diluted basis. • Revision accounts for the impact of Employee Stock Options (ESOPs) inadvertently omitted in prior computation. • Revised disclosures cover point numbers 9, 14, and 15 of the EGM Notice. • Disclosures enclosed as Annexure - A, Annexure - B and Annexure - C. • Company also obtained a Valuation Report dated May 16, 2026, for the fair value of equity shares.
