TORRENT PHARMA : AMALGAMATION RECORD DATE FIXED FOR JB CHEMICALS

• Torrent Pharmaceuticals has fixed Friday, July 17, 2026, as the record date to determine JB Chemicals shareholders entitled to receive Torrent Pharma shares as per the scheme of amalgamation. • The share exchange ratio is 51 fully paid-up equity shares of Torrent Pharma (face value Rs. 5) for every 100 fully paid-up equity shares of JB Chemicals (face value Re. 1). • The Hon'ble NCLT, Ahmedabad Bench, had sanctioned the scheme vide its order dated July 6, 2026. Impact: Amalgamation of JB Chemicals into Torrent Pharma.
