• CRISIL has reaffirmed the credit ratings for the bank facilities and debt securities of R Systems International Limited. • The rating for Total Bank Loan Facilities Rated is CRISIL AA-/Stable. • The rating for Rs. 275 Crores Non-Convertible Debentures is CRISIL AA-/Stable. • The ratings are valid until July 7, 2026. • CRISIL has also reaffirmed the rating for the 9.75% listed, rated, unsecured, senior, redeemable, non-convertible debentures. • The credit rating of CRISIL AA-/Stable was verified on July 7, 2026.
