JSW INFRASTRUCTURE LTD. : AGREEMENT FOR CAPTIVE JETTY DEVELOPMENT
• JSW Utkal Steel Limited applied to Government of Odisha for novation of concession agreement for captive jetty at Jatadhar Muhan, Jagatsinghpur, Odisha. • Government of Odisha accorded approval to novate the agreement in favour of JSW Jatadhar Marine Services Private Limited on 18th June, 2026. • A novation agreement has been executed today between JSW Utkal and JSW Jatadhar for the development of the captive jetty. • Company was informed of the execution today at around 2.20 p.m.
