• Inspira Global has acquired control of the Company through its food and beverage platform Lenexis Foodworks Private Limited. • Transaction value approximately ₹2,235 crores. • Following the transaction, Inspira Global owns 41.78% of the Company. • Upon exercise of warrants, Inspira Global's shareholding may increase to 48.04% with further infusion of ₹450 Cr.
