• Board approved buyback of up to 11,04,000 fully paid-up equity shares at ₹250 per share. • Buyback size not exceeding ₹27,60,00,000 (₹276 Cr), representing 9.88% of equity share capital and free reserves. • Total equity shares to be bought back not exceeding 11,04,000, representing 4.16% of total paid-up equity share capital. • Promoters and promoter group will not participate in the buyback. • Record date for buyback entitlement fixed as July 15, 2026. • Saffron Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd. appointed as Manager to the Buyback. • Mr. Omprakash Jat appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer w.e.f. July 07, 2026.
