• Company to incorporate a subsidiary as part of a consortium with BIEMSYS Private Limited for manufacturing EV Chargers and establishing EV Public Charging Stations. • The consortium arrangement is a pre-condition for applying for a tender floated by New & Renewable Energy Development Corporation of Andhra Pradesh Limited. • The incorporation of the subsidiary and consortium arrangement implementation is subject to successful award of the tender. • The subsidiary will be incorporated with an initial investment of ₹51,000, with the company holding 51% equity. • The proposed new company will have an initial paid-up share capital of ₹1,00,000, with the company holding 51% equity share capital.
