• Board of Directors recommends re-appointment of Dr. Ashutosh Raghuvanshi as Managing Director (designated as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer) for a further period of two years effective March 19, 2027, subject to shareholder approval. • Dr. Raghuvanshi is not debarred from capital markets or restrained from holding director positions. • Dr. Raghuvanshi brings over 38 years of experience in healthcare and has held leadership positions at Narayana Health. • He is not related to any other Directors of the Company.
