VARROC ENGINEERING : INVESTS RS 48.7 LAKH IN RENEWABLE ENERGY PROJECT

• Company entered into Power Delivery Agreement (PDA) and Share Purchase and Shareholder's Agreement (SP&SA) with AMPIN C&I Power Twelve Private Limited and AMPIN Energy C&I One Private Limited (SPVs). • SPVs will develop, build and manage renewable power assets in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. • Investment in equity of SPVs for captive power with capacity of 0.40 MWAC/0.60 MWDC and 0.50MWAC/0.70MWDC respectively. • Total investment not exceeding Rs 22,80,000/- for AMPIN Energy C&I One Private Limited (0.44% equity) and Rs 25,90,000/- for AMPIN C&I Power Twelve Private Limited (0.83% equity). • Indicative completion time period is on or before August 30, 2026.
