• 54th Meeting of the Committee of Creditors for 'Fernhill project' of Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Limited (APIL), situated at District Gurgaon, Haryana, is scheduled to be held on the 10th July, 2026. • The Hon'ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) order dated 13th January, 2023, stated that the Adjudicating Authority admitting Section 7 application shall confine to 'Fernhill project'. • Initially, APIL was admitted into Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process by order dated 16th November, 2022. • The Hon'ble NCLAT order dated 07th January, 2026, confined Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process to Lucknow and Rajasthan projects.
