• Update on acquisition of Equity Shares of Adani Enterprises Limited by way of subscription in the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) category in the Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP). • Winro Commercial (India) Limited invested Rs. 99,99,97,380/- by way of subscription to 3,46,860 equity shares at Rs. 2,883/- per share in the QIB Category. • Adani Enterprises Limited has allotted 3,46,860 equity shares to Winro Commercial (India) Limited, and the shares will be credited to the demat account in due course. • This letter serves as an intimation of the completion of the acquisition of shares. • Adani Enterprises Limited approved the allotment and intimated to the Exchange on 7th July, 2026. • Details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are enclosed as Annexure - A.
