DAVANGERE SUGAR : FCCB OFFERING CLOSED

In furtherance to the outcome of the Board Meeting held on 03rd July 2026 regarding Opening of the FCCB issue of USD 100 Million, not exceeding INR 952,40,80,000 (Rupees Nine Hundred Fifty-Two Crore Forty Lakh Eighty Thousand Only.) (approximately), of FCCBs at 2% coupon rate, 1000 Unsecured Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds issued at 15% discount of issue price aggregating to USD 85 Million. The aforesaid issue has been closed as at the close of business hours of 08th July 2026. The FCCB offering was fully subscribed in terms of the Offering Circular.
