• Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 • In continuation of earlier intimation dated June 4, 2026, regarding closure of factory operations at Malkajgiri, Hyderabad unit • Company has received approval from the Office of Commissioner, Prohibition and Excise, Telangana to transfer excise license • The unit contributed 2% (~₹599 crore) to company's revenue from operations in FY26 • Estimated date of closure is August 31, 2026 • Company will cease operating at the Unit consequently Impact: Neutral (Administrative disclosure regarding closure of a unit)
