AFFLE : ACQUIRES ADCOLONY ASSETS FOR $4.7 MN

• Affle's step-down subsidiary Affle MEA FZ-LLC to acquire AdColony assets from Digital Turbine (NASDAQ: APPS) • Acquisition includes AdColony SDKs for iOS & Android, tech platform, publisher integrations, brand name, domain and related goodwill • Deal value at US$4.7 million (~₹40 Cr), payable upfront in cash • Assets will strengthen Affle's consumer platform business and expand audience touchpoints across the mobile ecosystem • Acquisition expected to improve audience intelligence and drive higher advertiser conversions • Affle gets worldwide rights to use the acquired assets
