• Solex Energy Limited has received a work order from an eminent global group for the supply of N-Type TOPCon 615 Wp/620 Wp Glass-to-Glass (G12R) Solar PV Modules • The order aggregates to a value of ₹628.37 crore, inclusive of all applicable duties and taxes • The work order is scheduled for execution across October 2026 to March 2027 • The promoter/promoter group companies have no interest in the entity that awarded the order • The order(s)/contract(s) would not fall within related party transactions
