• Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, has been awarded a contract by NTPC Renewable Energy Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of NTPC Limited. • The contract is for the supply of Solar PV Modules. • The contract value is ₹558.29 Crores (Five Hundred Fifty Eight Crores and Twenty Nine Lakhs Only), inclusive of GST. • The contract is to be executed in the financial year 2026-27.
