• Del Monte Foods Private Limited (DMF) and Del Monte Foods India (North) Private Limited (DMFN) to amalgamate via Fast Track route. • Scheme of Amalgamation approved by the Boards of DMF and DMFN on July 9, 2026. • DMF is a material wholly-owned subsidiary, DMFN is a wholly-owned subsidiary of DMF. • Turnover of DMF and DMFN for FY26 was ₹670.27 Cr and ₹83.29 Cr respectively. • Merger aims to bring operational flexibility, cost synergies, and administrative efficiency. • No new shares will be issued; this is a 100% WOS merger.
