• BLS International FZE, a wholly-owned subsidiary of BLS International Services Limited, has subscribed to 100% share capital of BLS International Services Japan Co. Ltd. ("BLS Japan"). • BLS Japan was incorporated on July 8, 2026, in Japan. • The business of BLS Japan is in the Visa Outsourcing Industry, including visa application processing and other related services. • The consideration for the subscription was cash, with a cost of JYP 100,000.
