BRAHMAPUTRA INFRASTRUCTURE : Emerges as L1 Bidder for Railway EPC Contract Worth RS 137.60 CR
• Joint Venture with HBMCPL emerged as the lowest bidder for Tender No. CE-CON-KJG-EPC-2026-03 awarded by Northeast Frontier Railway Construction (NFR-CONST) • Contract is for a 69-km cross-border rail link connecting Indian rail network to Gelephu in Bhutan, a project with an announced total cost of approximately ₹3,456 crore • Scope includes earthwork, construction of RCC box, drains, retaining walls, bridges, and railway electrification works on Hybrid-EPC mode • Net offer value for the JV stands at approximately ₹137.60 crore • This package represents the first construction stretch on the new Kokrajhar-Gelephu corridor
